Panels
Panels are embeds with working buttons that live in your channels. Members click a button to open a ticket or submit an application — without knowing a single command exists.
The three panel kinds
- Support tickets — up to three buttons: General Support, HR / Confidential, and Report a Player. Clicking one opens a private ticket channel where the AI greets the member and gathers details until staff take over. HR tickets acknowledge confidentiality; report tickets collect who, what, when, and evidence.
- Applications — one button per application type (civilian whitelist, police, fire/EMS, staff, civilian/business, government). Clicking opens the same form as
/apply; submissions are AI-scored and checked for plagiarism like any other application.
Creating a panel
- Open Build > Panels on your dashboard
- Pick the kind, tick which buttons to show, choose the channel
- Optionally write a custom title and message — the defaults read well if you skip this
- Press Post panel. The page waits until the bot confirms the panel is live
Panels use your branding automatically: white-labelled servers get their custom embed color and footer.
Managing panels
Every live panel is listed on the same page. Repost / refresh re-renders the message (use it after changing branding or questions) — the old message is deleted first, so a panel never exists twice. Remove deletes the live message and retires the panel.
If someone deletes the panel message in Discord by hand, just press Repost.
