Uploading Documents
The Docket AI learns from documents you provide. The more relevant content you upload, the better it performs when answering tickets, scoring applications, and responding in your AI channel.
Adding documents on the dashboard
- Go to Dashboard > Documents (in the AI group)
- Click New Document
- Give it a short name — "Server Rules", "Penal Code", "EMS SOP" — and paste the content
- Save. The AI uses it immediately — there is no training delay
Documents can also be marked public, which gives them a shareable link for your members.
Rules can also come from the Server Designer
If you built your server with the Server Designer, the rules it generated were saved to your knowledge base automatically when you applied the design — the AI answers from them right away. Edit them any time under Dashboard > Documents.
Document size limits
For very long documents (e.g. a 40-page penal code), split them into logical sections — "Penal Code — Traffic Offenses", "Penal Code — Criminal Offenses" — for better AI accuracy.
Keeping documents up to date
When your rules change, edit the existing document rather than adding a new one alongside the old one — conflicting documents confuse the AI and produce inconsistent answers. Changes apply immediately; test them in the AI Center chat.
