Do I have to host anything?
No. Docket hosts, updates, backs up and monitors everything. The only thing that touches your infrastructure is the one FiveM resource you drop into your server — and Docket maintains that too.
What does the FiveM setup look like?
Generate an API key on your dashboard, drop the Docket resource into your resources folder, add three lines to server.cfg, restart. Whitelist, live status, in-game bans, remote commands and playtime all come from that one install.
What is the Custom plan?
You tell us what your community needs — application flows, staff systems, custom commands, a specific AI persona — and we build and configure it for you, on top of everything in Pro.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your server drops to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted — tickets, applications and player records all stay.
Does Docket work with any Discord server?
Yes. As long as you have Manage Server permissions, you can connect any Discord server to Docket — FiveM community or not.
