Branding & White-Label
Make Docket look like your community's own bot. Basic branding covers your embeds; Enterprise white-label goes as far as renaming the bot and changing its avatar — in your server only.
Embed branding (Enterprise)
On Build > Branding, set a custom embed color and footer text. Every embed Docket sends in your server — tickets, applications, giveaways, panels, welcome messages — uses them instead of the Docket defaults.
Bot identity per server (Enterprise)
The same page lets you change how the bot itself appears in your server only:
- Name — up to 32 characters, replacing "Docket" everywhere it appears in your server
- Avatar — your community's logo instead of the Docket mark
- Profile banner — shown when members click the bot
Discord scopes these to the server, so your branding never leaks anywhere else and other servers' choices never affect yours. Press Apply to bot in this server and the page reports Discord's actual response; Reset to Docket default reverts everything in one click.
Uploads accept PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 5 MB. Avatars display round; banners are roughly 5:2.
Community page images
Your public community page's logo and banner are separate uploads on the Website Builder page, available on plans that include it.
