About Docket

Built by two people who run communities,
for everyone who runs one.

Docket exists so the people who build roleplay communities can spend their time in the community — not on the paperwork around it.

The problem

Running the community ate the community

We were staff in a FiveM city. Every week meant a stack of whitelist applications to read, tickets to answer, appeals to argue about — spread across five bots that had never heard of each other. The game we loved had turned into paperwork.

The weekend

A script that read applications

One of us wrote a script that scored whitelist applications and flagged the copy-pasted ones. It was supposed to be a shortcut. Staff started asking why tickets and appeals could not work the same way — and the script never got put away.

The platform

The whole job, one place

Today Docket designs entire servers in one click, reads and scores every application, answers tickets with an AI trained on your own rules, syncs your game server, and keeps one searchable record of everything that happened. Staff decide; Docket does the reading.

Now

A network, not just a bot

Communities share their server designs in the template marketplace, list themselves in the directory, sell perks through their own stores, and warn each other through the blacklist network. Every community that joins makes the next one stronger.

The two of us

hockeyplayer1101

Co-founder

Ran the staff side of an RP community and got tired of reviewing applications by hand.

Wrote the first version of the whitelist scorer over a weekend. It never got put away.

Dashboard-first

Eleven slash commands for members; everything else lives online. Nobody should memorize commands to run a community.

Real numbers only

Every stat on this site and your dashboard is measured, never invented. If we have not built something, the docs do not claim it.

Your records stay yours

Tickets, applications and histories belong to your server. We do not sell data, and you can export or delete everything.

Uptime is published live on the status page. The privacy policy is short and readable. Founded 2026.
