Community Suite

On Dashboard > Sessions, schedule a server opening with a title, details, start time and channel. The bot posts an RSVP message with Attending / Maybe / Can't make it buttons, keeps the counts updated live, and flips the message to LIVE NOW at start time. Cancel any scheduled session from the same page.

From Dashboard > Staff, post the clock panel to a staff channel. Staff press one button to clock in and again to clock out; hours for the last 30 days appear on the Staff page, with an ON DUTY marker for open shifts. Only members with a staff role can use the clock.

On Dashboard > Perk Store, list perks (priority queue, donator roles, cosmetics) with a price and your own payment link — Stripe, PayPal, Tebex, Ko-fi, Patreon or Buy Me a Coffee. Your public store lives at docket.software/community/<your-slug>/store.

Money goes directly to you. Docket never processes or holds funds. When a purchase comes through on your provider, use Fulfil a purchase — enter the buyer's Discord ID and the perk, and Docket grants the role within a minute.

An opt-in blacklist shared across Docket communities, on Dashboard > Network. When a flagged user joins your server, staff get an alert in the audit channel naming which community reported them and why — you decide what happens. Auto-ban on join exists but is a deliberate second switch; alert-only is the recommended default.

• Report only serious, verifiable misconduct — your community's name is attached to every report
• Only the community that reported an entry can withdraw it
• Matches from your own reports don't alert you twice

Dashboard > Retention lists members whose current week is under 30% of their own three-week average — the people worth a check-in before they drift away. Docket counts messages per day only; content is never stored. The radar needs about four weeks of history before it can spot a drop.

Every applied Server Designer build can be shared: on the Designer's completion screen, press Publish to gallery. Other communities see it at docket.software/templates and can deploy it from their own Designer — Or start from a community template — with no AI request spent. Only the structure is shared: channels, roles, rules. Never messages or members.

Selling a template: set a price and your payment link when publishing. Buyers pay you directly on your link; you generate unlock codes from the Designer (shown once, like an API key) and hand one to each buyer. A code deploys the template for exactly one server. Docket never processes the money.

Communities that publish their public page appear in the directory, where players browse for their next server. Publishing is opt-in from Dashboard > Website Builder; your listing links to your profile, live status page and store.
